1. Extensive Experience:
I have been a professional pet sitter for over 11 years. I have handled burst pipes, electricity being shut off, the damaging hail storm, as well as many pet emergencies while owners were away. Owners were thrilled with the decisions I made when I could not contact them at critical times. I even had the burst pipes repaired by the time the owners returned, while still keeping their dogs' stress level to a minimum!

2. Back-Up Always Available:
Thanks to kind referrals from my clients, I have grown over the past 11 years. So, I now have wonderful sitters that help me cover the whole valley. Though my sitters are professional and reliable, I still require them to check-in with me every single day they have a job for me. I simply want to be sure that they made it to your home safely and that everything is fine. If a sitter ever does not check-in, you have given the sitter and me a key to your home, so I am always available to take over the job if needed. Also, if you ever have an emergency and your regular sitter is booked already, I am available as back-up. I have met quite a few owners who say that they called me because they are looking for a new sitter, after their last sitter got sick or their car broke down while the owners were out of town, and their pets were left alone for 5 days! That will NEVER happen with me. I don't think any other service, or individual sitter, in the Phoenix area can make that promise.

3. Available on Short Notice:
I am always thrilled to help someone out if they are stressed. If you are stuck late at the office, or out with company or running errands, and can't make it home in time to care for your pets, call me! Between me and your regular sitter, chances are that one of us is available to run over to your house. There is no extra charge for that--we are happy to be at your service.

4. Referrals from Rescue Organizations:
If you have been referred to me by a rescue organization while adopting a pet, please let me know. I make a donation to the rescue organization for every referral. I am a big supporter of rescue organizations, while still believing that every pet is a rescue--you never know what may have happened had you not given your pet a good home!
